Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper any color
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 cup mushrooms button or cremini
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the vegetables for skewering.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill on medium-high heat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating colors and shapes for a rainbow effect.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
