  • 1 ½ pounds fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 cups mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch the green beans in salted boiling water.
  3. Drain and rinse the green beans under cold water.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  5. Fold the green beans into the sauce mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
