Chili Cheese Fries Made Deliciously Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen French fries
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can 15 oz chili beans
  • 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet 1 oz chili seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare fries according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the canned chili beans, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning to the skillet.
  4. Let the chili simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Layer the cooked fries on a baking dish and top with chili.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the chili.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with green onions and sour cream.
