SPRING GREEN SALAD made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed young greens
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
