Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup spinach optional

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients together.
  2. Add almond milk to the blender.
  3. Add whey protein powder and almond butter.
  4. Slice the banana and add to the blender along with chia seeds.
