Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • Mixed greens for salad
  • Cherry tomatoes halved
  • Cucumber sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Optional: avocado slices

Method
 

  1. Prepare the teriyaki sauce.
  2. Marinate the salmon.
  3. Preheat the air fryer.
  4. Air fry the salmon.
  5. Prepare the salad.
  6. Serve and garnish.
