Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound white fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup pico de gallo or fresh salsa
  • Lime wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the fish by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each fish piece into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the coated fish pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  9. Assemble the tacos by placing the crispy fish in the tortillas.
  10. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
